The 2023 NPC National Championships will be held December 8 and 9, 2023 in IRVING, Texas, at the IRVING CONVENTION CENTER. This event will be larger and more competitive than ever before, with top NPC athletes and nearly 100 IFBB PRO® cards awarded!

You will NOT be able to enter online after that time, but you MAY enter or add classes at athlete check-in. See the check-in tab for check-in times. NO Refunds for any reason. You may add or change classes at check-in.

Pro Tan® online registration will remain open until 72 hours prior to the contest. It is recommended to purchase your tanning package in advance to receive specific appointment times and to avoid on-site service fees. Be sure to complete all fields at registration. You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC using the link in your entry confirmation that you receive in email after entering, and please also BRING YOUR MUSIC to check-in on USB drive as a backup.

The Judging is scored 100% and will consist of comparisons of the quarter turns and the following “5” mandatory poses:

COMPETITION WEAR FOR CLASSIC PHYSIQUE:
Competitors are required to wear posing shorts. You are “NOT” to wear board shorts or Bodybuilding posing trunks. We have provided an image of the NPC Competition Classic Physique shorts below. Competitors are required to wear the same type of cut and all shorts that are worn in competition must be black.

POSING
The Top 5 competitors in each Class of Bodybuilding, Women Physique and Men Classic Physique will perform their routines at the Finals.
FINALS routines will be limited to 70 seconds. Competitor posing music must be the only music on a CD and can only be a maximum of 70 seconds. ALL posing music will begin when the competitor’s name is announced.

AWARDS
The top five competitors in each weight/height class will be presented with awards plus an overall award where there are multiple classes.
Top “5” in each class qualify for national level events thru the entire next calendar year.

TRAINER PASSES
THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS APPLY:
Trainer Passes can be purchased at the Thursday Check-ins and at the door of the Competition
Trainer Pass Fee: $300 CASH ONLY.
The Trainer Pass is good for both days of the Competition. The Trainer pass provides access to the pump Up area ONLY – Not the Backstage Area.
The Trainer MUST have valid NPC OR IFBB PRO LEAGUE card with proper ID for Insurance Purposes.
